My Wonderful Valentine!!!

Okay so he did it!!! He made my Valentine's Day the best ever!!!! He proposed with the most beautiful ring and in the most perfect way!! I get to be his Valentine for the rest of my life!! I love him, who would have thought that he would choose me!!

Premature baby wrap around pillow!!

My x-sister-in-law just had her second baby girl, "Miss Lily." And unfortunately she was a little premature and ended up in Children's Hospital's Neonatal unit. Children's Hospital uses these little pillows to surround the baby and support their little bodies, however they don't give them away to the parents when they leave. But they sent me a picture of it and I was able to make one for them. The only thing different that I did was that I made 2 pillow case blankets to go around the pillow, so the baby would have a small cavity to lay in. That way they wouldn't have to worry about always finding a blanket to cover the pillow in.

3 new wedding dress designs!!

I finally got around to designing some dresses on my dress form. And even though they are not completely sewn together, I think the idea of each one is reallly nice. Of course I didn't use the actually fabric that I would if I finished the dresses but this was just to give me an idea to see if I would like the idea or design of them.

Awesome Coat Refashion

My mom gave me this coat to do something with it. Neither one of us would have worn it, so she figured that I could do something with it!! I completely love the way it turned out.

The Two Way Bag

I have invented (or at least I think I have) a great bag!!! It is a two way bag!! You can wear it across your body like a satchel or change the strap and wear it as a one strap back pack.

Christmas Presents

I decided to make aprons and a dress up trunk for my nieces and nephew for christmas. The trunk was for my niece and the aprons were for my boyfriends nieces and nephew.

Halloween Skunk Costume made out of recycled things!!!!!

Okay so my ex-sister-in-law,April, wanted me to make her little girl Bella a skunk costume for halloween!! In which I jumped at the opportunity and immediately had ideas for!! When I started getting ideas they were full body suits but April only wanted a suit with arms but no legs so like a little leotard. So what I did was I went to the Amvet Thrift Store and found a crushed velvet dress for a little girl and a womens black valore jacket. From the jacket I used the hood and front where the zipper was and from the dress I used the sleeves and back. I sewed elastic around the ends of the arms and the thighs. I made a flap from the dress to go over the front of the suit to hide the zipper. I put in my own draw string for the hood, and purchased white fur and a white fur boa. I sewed and hot glued the fur on and TA DA IT'S A SKUNK!!!!!






The tail I made out of the rest of the jacket and dress, I put cotton and a coat hanger in the tail to make it have shape. And I attached a string of fishing line from the tail to the back of the neck to make it stand up. If I was to do it again I wouldn't make the tail so heavy!!!!
